Works consisted of alternations and refurbishment of an existing industrial unit (gross floor space of 1080m2) which included the change of use of the 1st Floor to office use (540m2) and ground floor use to remain as industrial / warehouse use.

Mechanical Services associated with the construction of 2 No. Advanced
Technology Manufacturing Units (ATMU's) at Blocks K & L.

These units, a cGMP viral vector manufacturing facility and a cGMP plasmid production facility, were for the manufacture of commercial-grade gene therapies and the plasmid DNA comprising of research and development fill-finish and quality control laboratories, 6 No. cleanrooms, 1 No. chilled plantroom, 1 No. heating, office areas and associated sanitary facilities.

The buildings consist of a single storey high-bay industrial floor with ancillary office area and roof plant, totally 8800m2 on a greenfield site.

Mechanical Services associated with the construction of a food innovation and incubator hub campus on a greenfield site on the grounds of the Mellows Teagasc Campus in Athenry, Co. Galway.

The campus consisted of the construction of 3 separate buildings.

BUILDING 1 - BIA EOLAS is a 2 storey Learning Centre (1200m2).

BUILDING 2 HPSU UNITS is a single storey building (700m2).

BUILDING 3 INCUBATION UNITS is a single storey building (700m2).
